The perfect place when you are on buget. The underground stations were near the hotel, maximum 5 minutes walking. Lovely staff. I really recommend it.

The room were very small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Very small rooms; sink and shower is in the room; toilet is separated , but smelled like urine for all 3 days we stayed; the rest of the room was clean.

Reception area was fine and staff were friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was good enough for a budget stay - decent coffee and some nice basic pastries. Area is ok - 5 minutes’ walk to either Jaurés or Laumierès, 10 minutes walk past shops and restaurants to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, which was nice in the sunshine. The rooms were awful. Stuffy and musty smelling with weird brown marks down the wall. Room was tiny, with nowhere to store clothes or unpack anything. No bathroom - shower (with door that didn’t close properly) and small sink in the room and a toilet cubicle. We were a family of three and they hadn’t even made the third bed for us, I had to do it. No amenities - had to hand over my passport to borrow a hairdryer and was told I had to give it back within an hour. I think the photos of the rooms on Expedia are deceptive, or maybe we were unlucky and got an old room. I know it’s a budget hotel and I’m a realistic person - I wasn’t expecting The Ritz! But still really disappointed - wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

Good value hotel not far from the Gare du Nord. Right on a main road so there was a bit of traffic noise from cars/bikes with loud exhasts and people singing outside of window - but this was probably just because it was a Friday night and I'm a light sleeper! The room was clean and adequate for a night before travelling on elsewhere. We were really impressed with the breakfast - lots of choice!

I feel like this was a great value for the price, as a US traveler. It was clean, efficient, and fully functional. Lighting was good, water pressure and temperature were good, in an accessible neighborhood with all that you need nearby. The hotel is indeed basic, but that's what I expected. Skip the breakfast. There are loads of cafes, boulangeries, and even just a supermarket right downstairs. If you're on a budget, that will be the less expensive and tastier choice!

Good it meaning okay for one night

Stayed with my kids. It was comfortable. Close access to metro. And felt very safe! The staff were also always helpful when approached. Don't miss the beautiful Parc des Buttes-Chaumont very close to this property.

Breakfast is standard. It is cleaned daily in the room. Staff is helpful.

The rooms are good but I felt hot inside the rooms maybe some additional temperatures settings were required. Hopefully next time, the host could assist me with these instructions. Overall a great and budget friendly property.

Great place for traveling while on a budget. Rooms are small and not very private but the staff was great and the breakfast was good. We used the on-site parking which was extremely convenient and appreciated.

Great vslue for money. Hotel is clean, room was nice and warm with aircon/heating to set up a temperature. Only 3 metro stops from Gare du Nord. Metro just a few minutes walk from hotel. Next to the entrance to the hotel there is a supermarket Carrefour (located in the same building) Breakfast was delicious! You can leave your bags in the locker on check out and collect them later, which was very convenient. We can recomment local restaurant La Piccola Sicilia, 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Great pizza!

We stayed for one night at this hotel. The room was just right for a family of 3. The bed and pillows are comfortable we had a good night. This hotel don't have an air conditioner so be aware if your going this summer time. It's near the metro station and restaurants atleast 10-15mins walk. We need to pay when we need to leave our luggage €7euro for 12hrs and €4euro for 3or 4hrs.

Things were great.

The room was very compact and reasonably clean. Towels were changed every day but the floor didn't seem to be swept when the room was cleaned. The air con was not working and as our room was on the main street we couldn't leave the window open due to the constant noise from the street below, so the room got a bit hot. There are shops and restaurants right next to the hotel and the metro station is only a few minutes of walking distance. The buffet breakfast was very good with various choices. Overall basic but reasonable hotel for short stays in Paris.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this specific ibis location unless you’re desperate & really on a strict budget! First impression was the lady at the front desk digging her nose thank God for contactless payment. Not kid friendly at all. I purchased a disinfectant spray just for my children & I to feel the least bit comfortable. I spray every single thing, to the point the fumes made us dizzy. Idk where to begin but for the short period of time we spent in the room basically shower & sleep it was a huge task the room was very tight, bathroom had a foul odor more than likely mold! We didn’t use the towels, toilet paper, nor soap. The only good part about the stay was the location was commuter friendly to get where we needed to go. Normally I would have taken pictures but I had literally no time between keeping an eye on my children’s every move not to touch anything.

Quite a distance from the main areas and the tourist attractions but i realised this when booking. The staff were lovely and helped out with any requests. Very friendly. Rooms were very basic and we found it quite hard
