We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff we met were exceptional, especially Maeva. Our room was clean and the breakfast was great. Even though the hotel is near Orly airport, our room was well soundproofed and we slept well. There is a Hippopotamus restaurant and Burger King nearby, including a Lidl supermarket, all within a short walking distance. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. In terms of security, the hotel has a secure car park. Getting to central Paris takes approximately an hour and 15 mins on public transport. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

Unfortunately I had an incident where upon the second day of my stay, I returned to my room and noticed someone had opened my bag of sweets. Since it seemed petty, I did not report it. However on the third day of my stay, I went back to my room and someone had continued to help themselves to my sweets. I therefore reported the matter immediately. I was met by the hotel manager, Cynthia, the following morning who told me they would deal with the matter and apologised and offered my 2 bags of sweets as compensation. At the time I was taken aback by this gesture but upon reflection, I did return them after my day at work. Whilst I did receive an email from the manager acknowledging the situation at the time, a week on and o have not heard anything further. Along with the fact that I did not receive any proper compensation and was left feeling very unnerved, I would not recommend this hotel. A shame as it is perfectly situated for my work, the breakfast was superb and reception staff very welcome.

As advertised. Clean room, nice shower, easy check in, great WiFi. Parking was secure but the super tight/small spots. Helpful front desk. Would definitely use for a single overnight again. Not much around the hotel.

The hotel itself is pretty good,the room was mostly clean with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. What was missing are electrical outlets. There was one electrical outlet in the room and not conveniently located or easy to find. It seems like a small thing, but with the need to charge modern devices this becomes a real problem. There was no air conditioning, but a fan was provided, of course it required the only electrical outlet. Everything was fine the first night, but on the second night someone else on the floor caused flooding throughout the floor and into the other rooms (mine included). This led to a prolonged disturbance between 3 and 5 in the morning making it impossible to sleep. While I understand that this may not be the fault of the hotel staff, they did not handle the situation very well and made no effort to rectify the situation.

Trés bon accueil, personnel trés sympathique, seul bémol la literie des grands lits pour deux personnes, deux petits matelas et un sur-matelas peu épais, résultat mauvais maintien. Pour le reste de la chambre, rien à redire.
