Moxy Paris La Villette

We specifically switched to this hotel mid-heatwave to try and be comfortable for the second half of our trip. Despite have AC listed on the booking and was confirmed it was working when checking in we found out the AC system hotel wide was non functioning. Staff did their best, but ultimately, could not fix the situation. We felt misled. Rooms are small, but the common spaces are very nice. Also, no fridges in the rooms, which is annoying. If the HVAC is working then we'd rate this hotel much higher.

Terrible experience! We booked four “2 beds” rooms for 4 nights, but when we checked in, only one room has 2 beds, so we had to change rooms on the 2nd day to get 2 beds because no 2-bed rooms were available. On the 2nd day we found the AC in 2 of the 4 rooms did not work, so we had to change rooms again. Then, one room has no hot water for shower. There are 3 elevators in this hotel but only one of the 3 is working most of the time. At the checkout time I waited 20 minutes and still could not squeeze in an elevator with my 2 luggages. A friendly stranger ended up help me carry luggages down the stairs, otherwise I would have missed our bus to the train station.

Nice, clean hotel situated meters away from the Metro. Convenient location. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated.

Convenient place to stay

Great service and helpful staff, complimentary welcome drink for each guest with lots of playing area for kids. Location is good too. Overall very pleasant experience, only thing is the toilet is a bit dim.

It was a new built hotel. Conveniently located near RER. Very clean, especially for French standard.

Room was modern and clean. Close to metro station. Very fun and vibrant decor.

Good breakfast options; very clean rooms; but star of the show is the staff - very helpful, personable and kind.

The hotel very nice and clean the staff helpful and the area surrounding the hotel not very nice some homeless around the same block of the hotel, the location convenient with a metro station at the corner, some restaurants across the street and the mall of the technology museum just behind the hotel.

Great trip, great location,1 minute walk from the metro station that takes you straight into Paris. First time visit with children and was very simple and straight forward. Rooms were nice and inter connected, faultless

first time i have started to see the cracks in Moxy expectations. a but tired and god help you if you go keft fir breakfast and not right. i got frogmarched to the correct location before they would take my name and room number..... and TBH... the breakfast is VERY disappointing anywat
