The stay was good but the toilet was so dirty

The hotel doesn't have our reservation. The link between Expedia and The hotel didn't apply. So, we are stay a few moments with not a solution. We didn't have any compensation for the inconvenience.

Great location close to public transportation. Dining options close by. Very quiet. Liked having a staffed front desk for easy check in.

As long as your expectations are reasonable this is a great place to stay. The front staff was very helpful with the directions, luggage storage, and even helped us open a bottle of wine. The room is very small but clean and comfortable. The hotel is dated, but if you just need a safe comfort place to sleep, this will do just fine.

Fresh made breakfast you can enjoy for a reasonable price. Location is very convenient, only a few minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The staff were great

Elevator can only fit one person comfortably and is like being a scary ride at an amusement park that has had its day… had someone walk in our room unannounced to check something but didn’t know what they were checking, had a person sitting at the top of the stairs were our room was when we entered our room and went out touring which was also strange. Our neighbours were very noisy as the walls are thin. The bed was comfortable, shower had hot water and the location was excellent… great shops, cafes and restaurants close by… along with the Eiffel Tower. Front staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was some kind of cleaning staff that was making so much noise at about five or six o'clock in the morning.They were extremely loud, other than that, the front desk staff was very nice.And this hotel serves its purpose as a nice, comfortable place to sleep and shower. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, go somewhere else, but remember, you will pay a lot more too. Very convenient location close to the eiffel tower and close to the train.

A great hotel. Close to Eiffel tower and was very happy with my stay. The room are smaller but it wasnt an issue for us.

The hotel was good and the area was nice.

It was a nice place to stay, however we found a couple hairs on the pillows and bed. As well the room attendant almost entered our room the next morning without knocking, while we were still in bed.

Clean and comfortable. Very well located with 2 subways very close to move around the city. Breakfast was good.

Ideal location for the Eiffel Tower and Arc D'Truimph. Other than that, this hotel requires renovation, but first and foremost, it needs a thorough deep clean throughout. There was hair on the towels, sheets, and pillows, so cleaning not up to standard. And tea and coffee making facilities would be nice.

The staff was nice, spoke several languages (English/spanish), was attentive and helpful.

It’s the second time in Paris ans this hotel is very well situated in the 15 . The hotel is very clean and comfortable. My next trip to Paris will be at this hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at the Au Pacific hotel. However, the first stay our room faced the courtyard, which was quiet and had a breeze from 2 open windows (bathroom and front door). The second stay (we left Paris and came back), we were facing the side street. The noises were tough and it impacted my sleep- we had to close the window to buffer the street noise and the heat was stifling. I would recommend a courtyard side room, and we will definately be back but I will request the same. A wonderful coffee machine is downstairs, and we made our own coffee every morning. Breakfast is served though. The hotel is in a fabulous neighborhood, with cafes; bars; shops; grocery stores. It is only .5 miles from the Seine, and 2.5 miles from the Musee D'Orsay/Louvre area. We walked all over, and the Metro is convenient also. We ended up taking an Uber to and from the airport as this area has no bus to the airport. The staff was so friendly and accomodating when we asked to check in early.
