Le site est magnifique avec une superbe piscine et l’étang juste derrière.
Le staff est très accueillant et accommodant.
La nourriture n’est pas au niveau malheureusement, manque de qualité et de variété (en 5 jours 2x burgers et 2x moules frites).
Peut être la seule possibilité pour un all-inclusive, mais prêt à payer plus pour plus de fraîcheurs, plus local quitte à avoir moins de choix mais plus de variété d’un jour à l’autre.

Rome is very smal for three persons. In the morning worker started and they make bad noise

First of all, finding the place was a real nightmare as the supplied coordinate is not even an actual address. Then, once on site, finding the reception wasn't an easy thing either and we had to ask a nearby hotel for help. Second of all, check-in time was desperately long; it took well over 30 minutes waiting in line at the front desk. The apartment itself was in a deplorable state: the beds were not even made, the floor was disgustingly dirty, the cooking area was also dirty and the underside of the cupboard was very greasy, most likely because they did not even bother to install a range hood, the supplied dishes were not clean and there was no soap nor any sponge to clean it up and, finally, no towels were made available. We did however appreciate the nightly, sometimes overwhelming, frog concerts!
Conclusion: forget it, look somewhere else!

The hotel is in need of serious modernisation. The rooms are very tired and ours was filthy. The facilities are equally run down. Can't comment on the restaurants; we couldn't bring ourselves to eat in them.

Maeva is a fairly large holiday camp a few miles from Arles. From the info on this site I was expecting half a dozen rooms around a pool. The place and facilities were ok if a bit run down. Staff were friendly. Meava is probably a great option for families but was not what we were expecting.

Séjour très agréable malheureusement un peu court, pour nous … une Équipe très sympathique, accessible, serviable et à l’écoute… c’est important aussi ! Très peu d’imperfections seulement à mes yeux l’amplitude des horaires au sujet de la piscine et de la restauration, (cuisine assez simple pour un 4 étoiles même en Hotelerie de Tourisme mais c’est bon tout de même, peut-être par manque de personnel ou par faute de nos amis les moustiques :((
Les extérieurs, les plages de la piscine un petit manque d’entretien : et la troisième marche dans l’eau un casse figure :(( en extérieur sortie côté laverie pas d’éclairage idem un peu compliqué à 22h lumière de nos portables en fonctionnement …un spot très sympathique et très reposant et notre logement sympa !! Une clientèle agréable ça c’est important aussi !!Ah une grande insatisfaction au sujet des parasols ⛱️ ou très peu de transats à l’ombre compte tenu de cette canule donc nous n’avons pas pu profiter de ce loisir au maximum ! Les clients indisciplinés et irrespectueux des autres ont immobilisé la plupart des transats protégés du fort soleil par leurs serviettes de bain à la journée pendant leurs absences… du parc aquatique… me semble-t-il ? Nous reviendrons peut-être prochainement !! 🤔🙂🫶👋‼️

Nous n'avons pas été dirigé vers le Club les Oliviers mais vers les Mazets.... location sympathique mais rien à voir avec les images proposées pour les oliviers....
De plus lors de notre séjour, le double de la clé a été remis à un autre locataire... problème de centrale de réservation sans doute!!!

Je ne comprends pas que l'on puisse proposer ce genre de lieu comme Hôtel pour une nuit. J'ai été vraiment déçu de l'ensemble. Etat de la chambre vieille, manque des lampes donc on entre dans le noir, le lit c'est un canapé-lit inconfortable et bruyant. On doit faire son lit. Il propose un buffet franchement pas terrible et cher 25€. Dans un restaurant, j'aurai mangé pour bien moins cher et meilleure. Je ne le referai pas et ne le proposerai à personne. Comme ils ne sont pas sur de leur télécommande TV, ils en mettent 2 - 1 qui fonctionne pour intermittence et l'autre pour décorer je pense. Dommage car par son appellation et son lieu je m'attendais à passer un bon moment. Je suis déçu.
