Wir sind sind spät in der Nacht angereist und wurden trotzdem sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neueste, aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, aber das Bad ist sehr klein. Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist sehr hoch und daher nicht barrierefrei; war für uns aber in Ordnung. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Es gibt einige wenige Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände, ansonsten parkt man auf der Straße. Allerdings schwierig etwas zu finden. Insgesamt Ei. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.

Vi upplevde att golven inte kändes helt rena på grund av heltäckningsmattan som kan vara svår att städa ordentligt mellan varje gäst. Vi var fyra personer i sällskapet men det fanns endast en liter vatten i rummet. När vi bad om mer fick vi endast en extra flaska. Även om vi i vanliga fall gärna köper själva, anlände vi sent en söndagskväll när allt var stängt. Det hade varit uppskattat med ett mer serviceinriktat tänk och att få tillräckligt med vatten för alla. Dessutom var TV:n i rummet av gammal modell och inte en smart-TV, vilket man ändå kan förvänta sig på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell.

Far from Dresden central station. Taxi from Dresden train station to hotel is €30. We decided to take the tram after check out. We're lucky people walking around showed us the way to tram station. Nice hotel but there's no ac.

The staff at Achat Hotel, Brunner Street in Dresden were most supportive in helping me navigate the city. The Hotels.com site was a bit confusing and I booked into this hotel instead of the Achat Hotel closer to the central train station, where I thought I had booked. Transportation was incovenient to and from center city, but the location was nicer.

Skuffende overnatning på dette hotel. Den gratis parkering var optaget og man skulle betale 10 EUR for parkering i kælderen, hvor porten var så smal at det var umuligt at køre ud i en SUV størrelse bil uden at få den ridset. Værelset var varmt som i en sauna, og der var ingen ventilation på værelset (vores var på øverste etage) som fungerede - ej heller på toilettet/badeværelset. Hovedpuderne var flade som papir, men til gengæld var "sommerdynen" tung som bly. Morgenmaden var dog OK.

My stay was overall nice. Positives: The room is clean. The reception Staff are amazing, they are fast and helped with my request quickly. The Bed is comfortable and the room is cozy. Negatives: There was a road construction in front of the Hotel with no parking places and the hotel parking was expensive as an option. There was no fridge in room unfortunately although there was a place were it should be there. Solutions for the negatives are possible in my opinion to make this an even nicer Hotel.

Very good and cosy hotel! Nice and clean room, equipped with everything you could need. Two things that could be improved: please, change the pillows, they are terrible; and also don't charge for the coffee in the room - it is indeed bad practice. Everything else ir perfect and I would recommend this hotel for everyone, who does not need to stay in the center of Dresden.

The cleanliness was not that good. When I entered the room I noticed that a windows was open. This is very inappropriate for November. Next, there was an empty beer bottle on the table and I ended up finding used underwear in the bedspread.

It was hard to find any hotel with available rooms during the weekends in the Christmas season, but we were able to get a room here. The ACHAT is not a bad place to stay. It's a bit far from the central part of town, but it's an easy 20-25 minute tram ride through town. Our son loves trains and trams, so this was perfect--plus we got to see all the houses and apartment buildings with their Christmas lights and decorations. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was tiny, but served its purpose. The restaurant in the basement is not so good. High prices and, well, hotel food. Take the 5 minute walk to the main street and enjoy one of the restaurants there. There's a grocery store or two close by, so consider getting your breakfast there (or at a bakery/cafe) instead of paying the 14 euros/person for the hotel breakfast.

Hotel is located outside of the city centre in a suburb area of apartments. Very quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately they didn't have too many spaces in parking so we need to left the car outside in the street. Since it was a hire car you are kind of worry not to happen something at night. Good breakfast and decent rooms.
