This was a real surprise. An elegant grand hotel property with excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff . Dining by the pool at night was a special treat. The food was superb —all dishes I had were exceptionally tasty. And the bar is well stocked with top name single malt scotches. The restaurant itself could be a standalone draw. Exceeded all expectations. I wish it could have stayed longer.

Great staff and Service. The best buffet breakfast we have ever had with great selection! The gym was above average for a hotel and the pool amenities were top notch. Very close to shopping, restaurants and cafes, but in general, a car is recommended in Larisa, unless you are staying in the city center and don’t plant on doing any excursions in the area. Overall, I give the Larisa a 5 star rating.

Breakfast was excellent.
Lobb, breakfast area were clean and 5 stars.
Rooms in main building on 3rd floor were not 5 star, closer to 3 star..
Carpet outside lift is functional but dated and water stained.
Rooms dated need upgrades including painting and redecorating.

Property is located outside of Larissa and Meteora is about an hour drive away. Plenty of parking and there are two swimming pools. Rooms are very small, tired and need updating.

Very nice hotel. Loved the pool. Big enough to do laps in. Food was great. Staff very professional. What I didn't like; no wash clothes and the pillows were too thick. Hotels should have different pillow thicknesses.

Incredibly nice and courteous staff. Professional and highly attuned to their guests. The epitome of hospitality. Restaurant was excellent and our favourite was the morning buffet - although the evening cuisine was very enjoyable. Facilities were extremely well kept and clean- as well as the pool area was very nice .

The staff of this hotel really made our stay a five star. The pool bar staff was unforgettable, the breakfast staff was attentive and the front desk staff made sure my husband and sons had a breakfast to take with them when they left to hike Mount Olympus. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean.

My room was a little tired in parts; for example the bathroom door had paint coming off and, even with the fan on 16° the room didn't really cool down.Also the toilet seat seemed really cheap for such a prestigious hotel.
However, that is me being really picky! It is a lovely hotel and the breakfast was first class. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The service from ALL staff was amazing! Niko one of the staff was fantastic and treated us well, we had an issue with our room and he sorted in 2 minutes.
