Staff was kind and courteous. They always said good morning and said hello. The rooms were cleaned well albeit small. This is expected as we are in the heart of Mong Kok. Very convenient to get everywhere. Also needed a card to get to your floor so it felt safe.

The room is in overall good condition. It is clean, the hotel staff did a good job cleaning the room, including the washroom. Deco is slightly outdated. The area is convenient with access to many bus routes and subway station, but it is not in a tourist area.

It was quite good, even though our hotel room initially smelled of cigarettes and was supposed to be non-smoking, but the staff was allowed to change us to a bigger room that could fit a family of 5 people.

The hotel is in the heart of Mong Kok shopping area. Getting to the hotel is not difficult. Bus A21 or Mongkok BTS. Rooms are small but not uncomfortable. There is a slight stale smell when the air conditioner starts to work, only one has a $ 600 deposit for 3 nights. The service staff is good. Can ask for details Can deposit luggage Overall considered very good. Good Hotel. Good staff. Good location.

Hotel is in strategic location and quite new. The room is okay, just the size is relatively small. We had the room right at the corner and thus becomes less spacious. We had total of 2 big luggages, 2 medium luggages, 24 small luggages. And therefore we had quite a struggle on the last day to squeeze everything in the room. Despite that, the room is pleasant and service is good. Enjoyed the coffee from the machine down in the receptionist. Overall good experience.

Such a recommended hotel and very price worthy. Overall very well designed, very clean & comfortable. They gave UCC instant coffee in-room, but offer a complimentary espresso based coffee at the lobby. Located just steps away from the famous Sneakers Street (Fa Yuen St. side), and quite close to MTR station (but if you're traveling using kid stroller like me, it's quite a trip to the lift/elevator gate). Nearby there's a 7 eleven shop, Yoshinoya, and many other Japanese & Chinese restaurants and local street vendors.
