Extremely accommodating staff.
They allowed us to check in earlier as we had travelled with young children and it would have been very inconvenient to wait until 3pm (check in time). Excellent customer service, staff always greeted us and initiated small talk which made us feel very welcomed

I have stayed in nagpur 3 times. The previous times I stayed at the other “five star” option. RB blows that hotel out of the water. Everything at Radisson blu is better. Service and breakfast are light years ahead. If you are staying in nagpur this is the clear choice.

The breakfast was great. They have too few breakfast staff who can help guests, and they do need to be trained further on guest interaction etiquette. The car check is as irksome as it is ineffective. Real security means doing checks _before_ pulling into the hotel premises. Many other improvements can be imagined, but let's keep this short. Compared to other hotels in India it's very good, and superb if you enjoy an antiquated experience.

Stayed at Radisson Blu Nagpur recently my 4th visit in past 3 years. While the property itself is good, the food quality at the restaurant was only average and the service was below expectations. This may have been due to the busy wedding season, however when you’re paying premium prices for stay and dining, you do expect the hotel to be operating at its best. A bit disappointing overall.

Wonderfully helpful staff from security at the front gate through the housekeeping to reception and dining room staff.
For breakfast I asked if there was any peppermint tea and was told sadly not, but 10 minutes later the staff had sourced some so my breakfast was perfect
