The best of all of the stays we had in Italy. The hotel was stunning, staff amazingly helpful (tips on food, getting around, and so much more), location is perfect - if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would, and we are DEFINITELY coming back!!

Amazing customer service, and very friendly. A bit of a hike from most attractions but its centrally located. The concierge suggest us a great restaurant to eat dinner for our even booked the reservation for us.

Lovely hotel. Close proximity to the train station. I was not aware that we would be staying in the Annex, which is separate from the hotel so feels a bit disconnected. The staff was very helpful in carrying our bags up the stairs. Overall my stay here was enjoyable.
