A nice hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to from Porta Nuova and also a short walk to Piazza Bra and Via Mazzini. The staff are so helpful. We had lunch at the hotel which was nice and great value. Also nice cocktails served by pleasant bar staff. All in all I would recommend this Hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay . Recommend the Jr suites! Matheus and colleagues were fantastic with information and assistance with rooms and local activities. Rooms were great could use more silverware in the kitchen but it was awesome space and functional.

Clean room. Good italian continental breakfast. SXrambled eggs and bacon available. Staff were helpful. Rooms were ok.but needed better maintenance. My bedside lamp was wonky. Hotel is a 7-10 min walk to piazza bra and arena. Also under 10 mins easy walk to train station and shuttle bus to the airport.

Location, location, location! We loved everything about hotel Firenze! Lovely, quiet rooms on the canal with wonderful AC and beautiful views. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay in Venice.

this is a modern well situated hotel with very good facilities in terms of breakfast area and quality of the rooms. The rooms were very well decorated with some excellent electronic features which allowed opening and closing of blinds and selection of lighting. The bathroom was a good size an stylish.

Property is very well located but rooms did not meet the standard of a four-star hotel. Hotel air con was poor due to “control” from front desk. Management could not or would not improve the temperature in the room (hovered near 28 degrees centigrade) despite numerous requests to cool the room. Two of three mirror lights in the bathroom were out and were not replaced upon request. Did not use the restaurant services so cannot comment on quality of service staff. Beware summer stay in this property.

Staff was more than helpful, even assisting me after having all credit cards stolen in Venice. Loved the room, bedding, bathroom. Cute boutique Italian flavor! Excellent stay. Im glad Copilot recommended for me!

Very comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff and most importantly, very efficient air conditioning in the room (needed as it was 35 Deg C)

I really liked having my apartment near the centre of Verona. I stayed in a Junior Suite in the next door building, but it felt more like an apartment. It felt a bit tired, the sofa didn't have back cushions, but I just used a pillow. It was great to have a fridge and free water, fizzy and flat. I was pleased to have a bath, but could not get the jacuzzi part to work. The staff were lovely and so helpful and kind. I would recommend.
