This place is wonderful The Staff was always extremely helpful Ana and all the front desk took their time to help us with great information The pool restaurant Staff, Stephano, Jean Maria and the others always with a big smile and ready to help We came with a family, kids, Infant and Friends. The hotel was well located and quiet. The room was a little smaller than we hoped with limited luggage storage space but ok in the end. The pool was a nice addition & poolside bar & restaurant was good. The jacuzzi on the roof had great views. Breakfast was very good & varied & staff were extremely helpful.

Hotel service was very good, specially in the pool bar but in general hotel needs to be renovated. I feel to be a 4 star hotel needs improvement. Also room for family of 4 was very small and uncomfortable with barely any space for 4 people.
