The check in process was painfully slow, I think we waited close to 45 minutes just to get the keys for the rooms. The rooms were fine, small but clean. I would say they are certainly not worth the money, 450 euros a night is really a stretch for this hotel The location is great, walkable to everything. In general I don't think the hotel is worth it overall.

Not a very friendly staff at check-in, very thin room doors almost paper thin, can hear everyone walking and talking in the hallways, woke up to staff moving material or objects in the hallways at 6am, very loud. Checkout staff much more helpful and nicer.

Comfortable room with daily housekeeping. Excellent location and facilities. Only minor issues were only one working coffee machine for breakfast and one elevator out of service for a while. No amenities in the bathroom. I would recommend.

The room was tiny, about one of the smallest I have encounter. The bathroom was very good in terms of size and facilities. The location good in terms of access to the centre, except at night no local restaurants. This last fact would likely make me exclude this hotel next time.

Nice room, great for with our son as there was a separate area for him. Only concern was the windows were fully opening and we were on 7th floor. Breakfast was lovely. A buffet, plus food to order and a cake stand of sweet selection when we sat down. Staff helpful and attentive. Food in the restaurant was average and quite expensive (though not for a hotel). Sherif in the restaurant was really helpful and attentive. Location good.

The staff on our arrival date, April 4, 2026, were rude and unprofessional. Marino, the receptionist on duty, was particularly unhelpful and discourteous. He did not answer our calls, and we had to carry our bags downstairs ourselves in order to request a room change, as the room had a queen bed despite our specific request for two single beds. When we explained that we had been unable to reach him because no one was answering, he simply responded that he was busy with other clients. The service that day was also very poor at the bar, and to make matters worse, only one elevator was working. Fortunately, the staff the following day were helpful and pleasant. I have stayed at this property multiple times before, which is why I was especially disappointed by the experience on the day of my arrival. Aside of that, the property is nice, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is very good.

Room wasn’t cleaned and when asked why, the receptionist was rude and dismissive over the phone. I had to come down to reception to voice my concerns - still received no answer as to why. As a result of no clean towels upon arrival after a day out, we had to wait around for housekeeping meaning missing our evening reservation plans.
