Very friendly staff. Rooms were very pretty and clean. Our stay included breakfast which was very good and also had many options. Very close to Firenze station and walking distance to main monuments. We will definitely go back next time we are in Italy.

We were group of 5 girls as we walk in felt a time capsule! Sleeping on beautiful princess bed, very clean, very comfortable, breakfast had many options, delicious, and the cappuccino was to drew for. The staff and the people in the area of Florence are very lovely and they stolen my heart. <3

What a fantastic little find! As a three star hotel you may think only average but this isn’t true at all, traditional Florence hotel. We stayed In a family room which was huge separate shower and a spa bath! Room spotless. In a more residential area so restaurants affordable and authentic. 6 minute walk from Santa Lucia. Breakfast Was great could see the ladies cooking it as we went so very fresh. It was like going to Brekky at Nonnas place. Easy ten minute walk to duomo dead flat so easy walking.

The room was clean (showing its age a little, but totally fine) bathroom modern and good water pressure in the shower. Great location a little out of the fray but still easy to walk to major sites. Only a 5-7 minute walk from the SMN train station. Several nice restaurants close by. There was only soap and hair/body shampoo provided, so bring some conditioner and body lotion if you need it! Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel in an area close enough to be an easy walk to the city center. The only negative was the room size (double) was quite small without enough shelf space to fully open our carry-on sized suitecases. On the other hand, the breakfast was exceptional with the only Starebucks quality americano coffee that we had in Italy.
