We were incredibly happy here. It is an excellent location with kind staff and great amenities. The rooftop pool and hot tub were nice. My only complaint is that the furniture was a little tired however, the bed was super comfortable. We were on the ninth floor so we had access to some snacks and drinks and coffee in the morning which was great.

This place is usable. Bed is comfy although only 2 small pillows on a double bed, but room size is large for an Asian hotel, which is nice. Biggest criticism is this hotel is fairly busy and 10 floors and has the 2 slowest elevators I’ve ever been on. And don’t bother trying the stairs because all the doors are dead bolted closed, so hopefully the rooftop pool has enough water to put out any fires or you’re going to be having a rough time.

The pool is the cherry on the top of a nice modern hotel. Also additional amenities can be rented on the main floor. Location was close to a 7-11 and family mart as well as the monorail station. Staff were friendly and helpful Overall a great stay

Many public parking lots less than a minute from the hotel (coins only). Very convenient. Loved the family mart convenience store across the street and the hotel is less than 15 minutes walk from Kokusaidori.

Room is very small but does the job. Breakfast is themed, we had the Mediterranean one which had pizza and pasta, along with salad and fruits - we were hoping for something more local. Pool is nice, but is a bummer they charge after 7pm. Executive lounge was worth it for drinks and snacks.

There are damages on room wall and floor. They look old but clean. There is no desk and little note book or piece of paper and pen in room. Need to wait long time for two elevators. Garbage can piles up in hotel dining area after regular hours and no one collect it. Breakfast actually is brunch with brunch cost not a breakfast. Convenient location for public transportation and food. All staff are very helpful.

The photos made the property look much nicer than they were. We were expecting to be able to park here but the clearance was so low that if you have anything other than a Sudan it will not fit, causing stress for us searching around the city for parking
