Very new hotel with 14 rooms, loved the simplistic yet unique decor by world renowned architect Kengo Kuma. Hotel exterior blended in very well with the local natural environments. Check-in with the tablet quick and easy, rooms had large balcony/window with double-layered curtains offering ample sunlight during daytime while maintaining darkness for a good night's sleep. Our room was well equipped with large beds, a comfortable dining/sofa area, small cooking area with fridge & cooking hob, clothes washer/dryer, double bathroom sink, etc. overall everything you would need for a long stay including ample car parking in front of the hotel. Looked exactly like the pictures on the hotel website.

初めて利用しました。 5人家族なのでめちゃくちゃ広くベッド数も多く大変助かりましたし、タオルアメニティから数も良かったです。洗濯も出来るため助かりました。また利用したいです！

周りの音が響く上の部屋の足音がとてもうるさい隣の部屋の宿泊者が夜中まで爆音で音楽を流しずっと騒いでいたこちらは子供もいて早くに就寝しようとしたができなかった防音まだがモラルの無い客への抑止力があるべきあの不快な夜をこの金額でなんてあり得ないくらいに高額で返金を求めたいくらいだった

施設は新しくとても良かったです★ ただ１点、ホットコーヒーを飲むのでコーヒーカップが欲しかったです。せっかくいい空間だったのですが、プラスチックのコップでホットコーヒーを飲むのは、あまり美味しく感じませんでした。

まず、上の階の歩く音が響いて、2時まで寝れなかった。騒音に敏感でなく、鈍い方だが響く感じの音で、綺麗な建物なのに台無し。無人なので窓口もなく、我慢するしかなかったです。いや、寝るだけのホテルとして東横インかこちらかで悩んで、まあ家族だったのでこちらを予約していたのに。。完全に外れました。 2階か、1階でも静かな人かで当たり外れあるかと思うが、この値段で、寝れない可能性があるとなると、私としてはもう無理

室内、設備は最高です。ただ階段に一番近い部屋だったこともあり、階段の音がものすごく大きく、夜中だったら、目を覚ましてしまうと思います。お客さんのせいではなく、構造そのものの問題だと思います。夜中に2階の方の出入りがなければ問題ないんですが
