The hotel is well run and clean. The staff was kind and attentive. It’s a little different to leave a physical key with the front desk. Most hotels provide a key card. The only thing that was not very good was that many of the stores or restaurants were closed. Not many dining options.

The room was spacious & breakfast was huge with great personal service. But their restaurant is very small & we couldn’t get a seating for dinner. So we went down the street to a 3 table hole in the wall noodle shop - genuine Japan. The next day after visiting the Mt Fuji World Heritage Center we found a small cafe near the train station for coffee & icecream.

Nice place and very quiet . Close to the train stop. Can see mount fuji from our room. There are some good restaurants in walking distance but to get to Fuji you have to take a train to the bus station

Stayed one night here as we have a photo shoot early next morning and this location is near to our studio. Hotel is decent and within walking distance from Fuji station. Quiet surrounding, the nearest convenience store is 2 streets down. Hotel provided a map marking all the convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so that was handy.

I stayed in the hotel for one night and it was ok. The staff are very friendly and the hotel contains a restaurant (for which the breakfast was very nice) and a patisserie which was excellent. The room itself was quite large but very tired looking and basic. The safety deposit box didn't work (no power) and other electrical items were old. The local area does not have much to do for tourists, other than looking at the magnificent Mt Fuji of course. There are very few train and bus connections making it hard to move around from the hotel.
