Hotel Kansai

• Room extremely small, but very neat and clean. • Some staff are cooperative, some are annoyed at you. • AC works, but the controls weren’t user-friendly enough.

The lobby was very nice but the room itself was not. our window led to an alley and it was quite loud at night :(

When you first arrive you get a horrible smell of cigarettes. This place was so dirty that there was stains on every wall. Grossed out by every aspect of this so called hotel more like motel.

easy checkin and great staff

Room was clean. It took awhile to find the elevator 2. The wifi was so slow that it might as well be non existent.

Breakfast was great…. So many delicious options, great service, front desk workers were so polite and helpful. Great experience.

- The corridors of the hotel felt old and have a lot of visible damage. - the bathroom was clean, but the rest of the room felt old and there was the same kind of “oldness” that we saw in the corridors. - the dryer was not super efficient. My friend put jeans and shirts. They were not near dry after a full 60 minutes cycle.

As soon as I checked in all 3 female staff were behind the desk while I struggled with the kiosk. The hallways leading to my room was dirty with stains on the wall. My room was non smoking but smoke leaked from a room mext to me. Using the TV was tricky, they WANT YOU TO PAY! BUT ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PUSH #2 TO START WATCHING FREE TV PROGRAMS. The area right outside the hotel is shady with solicitation of Massages. I definitely got what I payed for trying to be cheap in Osaka. The best thing about my room was probably that the restroom was nicer than the actual room itself.

Simple but ok

Practically equivalent to having no wifi. It was going in and out and at best 2 bars. Laundry wait times are significant since there is only two. It’s a walkable distance from the station.

Be alert, for the first time in my life and see 50 countries, for the first time, I have to pay for luggage keeping fee. Terrible. Expedia should remove this hotel from there list.

Very close to Kanazawa station, and close to a Family Mart. Staff speaks enough English to be very helpful

Bed was ok. Bathroom was clean. The property neefs mayor refurbishment specifically paint job and room furniture

Anyone can access the hotel elevator at the main old building without a key card...a bit worried while staying there.

Great experience

Old property, rooms are small and old furniture. Staff is okay, but the guy at breakfast is really rude, yells to everyone in Japanese and speaks no english at all. Needs to be fired by management. He’s the reason I’ll never return to this property. Price is okay.
