3 rooms, 3 beds, authentic, spacious, good, good bathroom, fully equipped, quiet, comfortable sleeping near Universal and next to the train below, there is a convenience store And food stores Other shopping stores are convenient. Traveling from the airport by the Sutton bus is also convenient.

We loved it! Our family of 6 shared 2 surprisingly large size rooms, that even can make our big luggages comfortable without getting in our ways! The breakfast was fabulous. Getting out of the back lobby, you turn right for Train Station and you turn left for shops, restaurants and The Universal Studios. And The Hotel has a natural spring water bath that opens until 1am, perfect for your tired legs. Expect nothing else, the Keihan Universal Tower has all you need for a great family kids friendly vacation!

Location is perfect. Room is clean, breakfast buffet is nice, kindly staff. We arrived almost 3hours check in time because kid didn’t feel good , however they gave us reasonable cost to have early check in. Thank you

Conveniently located beside the station and malls with many food and shopping options. It makes the ended a day spent in the theme park very manageable in terms of not having to travel far out for food. It also makes waking up easy as we do not have to wake up extra early to travel to usj.

i love everything about this hotel i only wish i knew the price of the hot springs wasn't included and wasn't any other pool also wasn't tattoo fremedly and the main reason i got this hotel was to enjoy the pool...but overall great hotel little bit price for the breakfast and dinner

Very helpful, polite, courteous, and professional staff members. The hotel also had 3rd party company in the morning for shipping luggage, or whatever to next destination. I would say only negative thing was buffet food (average tasting).
