部屋へ加湿器の準備をお願いしていた点、しっかりと対応頂きました。また、フロントの男性もとても感じの良い対応でした。お風呂もゆったりと入る事が出来、シングルステイには申し分有りません。

小諸ではなく県内の別エリアになりますが、昨年ルートインを利用した際にとても良かったと記憶しています。今回は出張の関係でこちらを予約させていただきました。夜IN、早朝OUTと短い滞在で、大浴場や朝食バイキングを利用する事もなかったのですが、それでも満足です。また、室内に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、この点についても細やかな対応をしていただき感激しました。また、機会があれば利用したいです。色々とありがとうございました！
