We have stayed here before and as usual the front desk staff were very helpful.The rooms were a good size and very clean.The breakfast was reasonable cost and delicious.

hotel located near the train station and you can access to the shopping center in a minute. breakfast was ok. almost the same menu everyday, so I was little bored. but everything else was great 👍

Spacious room by Japanese standard.

We loved everything about this Hotel and will stay there again when we next visit Japan. It is convenient for the station, very comfortable and the staff and service are exceptional. My husband had an accident during our stay that impacted his mobility so we needed taxis booking etc. The restaurant staff helped him every morning getting his buffet breakfast and everyone was just very accommodating. Thank you we will be back.

Very clean and nice hotel. All the extras such as pajamas, slippers, toothbrush, room fresher spray, etc. were great. It was perfect for my one night retreat.

Just in front of a JR station. New & clean facilities. It’s nice to go around Kansai region.

Room was small but okay for one person. Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable also.

The hotel is clean, and no additional thing. But some amenity can be available in front of the lobby.

I stayed at this hotel for a baseball game at Koshien Stadium. The location, while a bit far from downtown Osaka, is still superb, with the hotel itself connected with covered walkways directly to the JR Amagasaki station. The hotel is also directly across the street from a decently sized mall. Parking was ample and was relatively easy to find. The twin bed room had relatively large enough space and the bathrooms were clean with separate areas for the shower and toilet. Wifi is available but was a bit spotty at times. Definitely would stay again.
