Wonderful hotel, big room, clean, room service was prompt. House keeping did a fantastic keeping the hotel clean. Sparkling clean toilet and bathroom with huge bathtub. Loves the toiletries provided. Appreciate the convenience of hot and cold water dispenser, microwave oven and fridge. Just a station away from Nagoya. Best hotel ever stayed in Japan in the same category. Highly recommended.

Very modern with so many great amenities. The spa bath was amazing - so huge and lights up in changing colours. Very attentive staff. Only short walk from Sanno station
