Bedding comfort: 1. 6.5/10 The room was spacious, but the mattress was just okay—similar to APA Hotel quality not comfortable... you can feel all the springs . 2. 8.5/10 On the bright side, getting two types of pillows was a major plus! Cleanness: 7.5/10 - The washroom door definitely needs a deep clean to get rid of some mold, though. Location: 9/10 You can easily walk to the garden and castle. Plus, there’s a bus stop right outside that goes straight to JR Okayama Station. If you take a taxi from the station instead, it runs about 1,400–1,500 yen. Bonus: There is a lovely, huge stationery store right next door (highly recommend checking it out!) and a 7-Eleven just two blocks down. 10/10 Staff spoke English with no issues at all during check-in and check-out.

整體住宿體驗還不錯，房間乾淨整潔，環境也安靜，適合休息。 其中一天我外出時，房務人員有進來打掃，但我回到房間時發現房門沒有確實關好，讓我當下相當擔心房內物品的安全，隨即向櫃台反應。所幸最後沒有任何物品遺失。 希望飯店未來在房務作業上能更加留意，確保每位住客的安全與安心，避免類似情況再次發生。

Needs a bar Even if its just a fridge and tables area. The reception area is huge so enough room for it Also while hotel seemed quite empty there was a lot of noise from other guests. Im guessing they could have spaced us out more to avoid this

clean room, quiet, good location

This hotel is the first class hotel in Okayama. Expedia offers us the delightful accommodation fee(not a Korakuen park side room ).

The hotel is clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Location is right next to the park and river, city center is at walking distance. Parking is easy, many places available for free. Breakfast was good when there was buffet but the pre-order days breakfast was small and not to my liking so much.

I typically don't leave bad reviews. But i want to save somebody from this place. Thank god we only had one night booked here but this hotel is rough. Like a previous review said, the wallpaper is barely holding on. The carpet in the room we originally were assigned was disgusting, it had stains all over. On top of all that there is a weird musty smell. Staff was amazing and gave us a better room. Super close to castle and garden but i would spend the extra money and get something a lot better.

We had a lovely stay here. It’s convenient and spacious. The staff are very helpful. The bus stops right outside the hotel, from the train station. There is also an incredible bakery straight across the road.

The property was very clean and the service was excellent.

房間乾淨，不會太小，員工友善。 飯店在後樂園旁邊，走路20分鐘到岡山站，其實飯店前面(站名浜町)或後面(站名夢二美術館)都有公車站，岡山車站搭車地點在1號公車站牌。

The staff does not speak English, but will help you anyway. The rooms are old but clean. The bathroom is small but functional. The beds are very hard and small. If you’re two persons, book then two single beds.

Nice hotel with view of castle from room and 9th floor breakfast room.

Lovely staff

Needed a hotel with free parking near Central Okayama. This hotel was good for that. The double room was spacious, clean, had amenities listed and was overall a nice enough room. Dated, or classic, depending on who you ask!

The room is dated but very clean. There is some renovating in the lobby & the carpet in the hallway looks very new. I wish there was an English station like BBC world News on tv.

Good location of being next to the nice Japanese traditional park. Staff members are kind. Very small room and antiquated amenities.
