Yamato San and Ukeda San, Managers at the hotel were extremely attentive and took great care in making our stay memorable and comfortable. My wife and I have ‘best in class’ memories of our stay and we are looking forward to our return visit on 1 June

The bed for a double room was a single bed and the bathroom had the worst smell imaginable and was as if there was waste clogged up no matter how many times you flushed it or had the fan on. Super outdated would never stay again and recommend avoiding!

The room was so small that I was suffocating. The room was humid and hot that I couldn't find an air conditioner, so I asked the desk and they said there was no air conditioner and it was cool when I opened the window. Hotel rates are not cheap, but I was speechless about this kind of idea. Don't go to a hotel like this again. Hotel dotcom also has a problem. I think we should take a good look at these hotels and recommend them

Nothing not good at this hotel except the size of the room. As usuall, hotel's room in Japan is very small. Only suit with hand carry baggage for one person. Room is clean. Found black mould at toilet top though.

I didn't know that the beds were going to be on the floor. I didn't like that, the hotel seemed older but the room was fine. I would have like to see a better view than just the street but walking to shops and the local train station was easy. I even walked to see the gundam statue which was great!

For the price and a place to stay I would recommend. Only con for me was that the room was way smaller than I expected. For a couple, space was too small. The bed was ok comfortable and pillows were so so. If you just need a clean place to sleep I would recommend. If you have a whole family and luggage find a bigger place.

Convenient location close to a convenience store and the train station. When I first arrived, my room was pretty dusty and smelled of smoke. I asked for room service the next day and they quickly offered to change my room altogether. No issues with the second room. Luggage storage available. Shuttle to train station available. Would stay again.

This property was ok. The staff were friendly but otherwise the condition of the building is a bit run down. The biggest thing was that it was noticeably more dirty than any other japanese hotel we've stayed in. It seems like the cleaning standard is not high here. Also the clean towels we got smelled bad which was unpleasant. Overall it was fine for a couple of nights and the shuttle to the station was nice.

掃除に入ってもらわなかったのですが
毎日タオルやアメニティ類はドアの前に
置いておいてくださるので快適でした。
博多駅やバスターミナルからとても近く
駅ビルを抜ければ、ホテルの案内表記よりも
体感 短い時間で着きます！
コーヒーがインスタントのみで
ロビーに置いてあるのを持っていく形式なので
少し残念でしたが
同じくロビーにある紅茶の種類が豊富だったので
そちらを楽しませていただきました。

Incredible location near some of city’s old temples and Hakata Station. However, incredibly limited laundry facilities with inefficient machines so it took me over three hours to do one load of laundry. Staff charged me an extra 200 yen accomodation tax which is usually charged when I have paid online beforehand. The walls are thin as the neighbouring rooms with other tourists were loud and they smoked in the room (which was prohibited). Below average for Japanese standards and the price.
