Spacious room for Japan, everything needed is there, connected to Sapporo or Odori station via underground. Very pleasant. We got a room with a view of the hotel garden and there is a small pool. The window can be opened. The bed is comfortable and big enough for two. The staff is very friendly. The price is cheap for the size of the room and the facilities. The best. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel.

A beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and the location is fantastic. We are excited when we discovered the underground walkways that attached to the hotel. It is close to the station and other things to see. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wonderful. It had a big variety, there was something for everyone. We will stay here again!

Breakfast was great, had two options between Japanese set menu or Western/Japanese buffet. Room we had was ok but smaller compared to other rooms. Our total stay was 5 days, would have been nice to get a bigger room to make it more comfortable. We couldn’t even open our big luggage without moving the furniture each time.

Excellent location, easy to find in a blizzard Super friendly staff. Easy walking distance to everything

The staff is simply amazing on all fronts. The Bell staff remembers my damaged knee and brought me big bags of ice 4x a day, the front desk was super and as a Bonus there is an attached Starbucks
