Honestly can't fault it. This was my second time staying here while traveling Japan and I'll definitely stay here again if I'm back in Kyoto. The rooms ans hotel are clean and decent sized with good amenities. The location is great. The staff are friendly. And the steam room/sento are an added bonus.

Super clean and convenient hotel. Hotels in Japan are always held to the highest standards, this ones no different. Great amenities, and the funny bonus is wearing the pajamas they give you and walking around the hotel with other guests wearing the same thing. Its giving selling essential oils cult vibes but in a good way. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

The self check-in process had some issues as the pre check-in link sent never worked. However one of the front desk girls helped us complete the check-in quickly.
The hotel location was great as we were walking distance to the main sightseeing locations and also the subway station, which was really convenient for a couple of day-trips we did to Nara and Osaka. We left behind my prescription glasses and the staff helped us getting these shipped to our Hotel in Hiroshima! This was a great place to stay and would highly recommend it.

I had some noisy neighbors and I asked to be moved. The staff were very understanding and accommodating.

The room we had was so spacious, modern, and just what we needed after traveling down from Tokyo. The shower is separated from the toilet which is nice.
The onsen felt like a luxury spa walking in. Laundry machines wash and dry at the same time. This hotel is extremely walking to the fish/shopping market. My partner and I got coffees from the hotel cafe/bar and it was delicious! Since most places don’t open til 10 am, we had breakfast once at the hotel. We recommend the English breakfast. Light breakfast and feels healthy too! The staff were always welcoming and helpful, we appreciate their kindness and hospitality.

The rooms was perfect size and clean. The hotel is located very conveniently to subway stations. The staff were friendly and helpful- we left our language with them. The hotels provided all the amenities you need from towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, and so on.

it is clean, great location, but the window soundproof is not good, we were up by the train up in the morning; also the check in time is 5 pm that is quick late; the staffs are helpful

The breakfast bar was amazing and the onsen was very relaxing, though accessibility alternates daily between the sauna and bathhouse. However, the laundry machines are limited and very difficult to get. Great food and spa, but be prepared to plan your schedule around the amenities.

Nice hotel, good location. Clean osen. Convenient, and courteous. No complaints for a 3.5+ hotel by US standards. No regrets staying here.
Included breakfast is limited and a bit underwhelming to other competitive hotels. Might be a turnoff for some. 5p check-in time a real drag, candidly have never seen that late before and makes first day travels pretty inconvenient if you’re coming from a place where check out is usually in the morning.
