建物はやや昭和感が否めませんでしたが、こぢんまりとしたスペースの中で必要な物は揃っていました。スタッフの対応も良かったと思います。朝食は本当にシンプルでしたが、不満はありませんでした。また磐田市の中心駅の駅前にあるため、交通の便、周辺の設備も申し分ありませんでした。

この価格で、氷もいただけて、朝食もいただけるとか、最高過ぎです。予約が取れなくなると嫌なので他の人には正直教えたくない。
女性としては、喫煙ルームが多くて部屋の煙草のにおいは正直きつい。アメニティはシャワーキャップがないのがつらい。やはり、男性仕様なのかなとは思いますが、好きです♥

It's old, the carpets are disgusting, the internet doesn't work the room was DIRTY!....Take it from me, you do not want to stay here. the staff was very nice, continually explaining why internet was non-functional.....Beyond that- forget it!

フロントスタッフの接客はとても良かったですが、浴槽の側面の排水口が何年も掃除してない様な黒くドロドロの汚れが溜まってました。
気持ち悪くて可能な限り拭き取ってから使用しました。
またテレビやテレビ台も水か珈琲か、飛び散ったまま拭かれておらず埃もついていたので何日も掃除させてないのだと感じました。
ただ寝るだけでしたので駅近でリーズナブルなホテルにしましたが、ホテルとして掃除が行き届いていないのはどうかと思いました。

安いだけあってかなり年季が入っています。
ユニットバスはカビが多く、カビ臭い。そしてとても狭かった。ベッドは少し硬めです。部屋も臭かった。
スタッフの方は丁寧な対応でした。
清潔感等気にしなく、とにかく安く泊まりたい方以外はおすすめしません。

思っていたよりもかなり簡素な作りだなと感じましたが快適に過ごせました。
スタッフの皆さんはとても丁寧に対応してくださったので居心地は良かったです。
改善点はアメニティやポット等が各階のエレベーターの前に置かれているのはどうかと思いました。せめてポットとカップ、飲み物は各部屋毎に設置して頂きたいです。
