Pros- proximity to park and room options. We had a room with 4 beds for our family of four. Great water pressure in the shower and I liked the hairdryer. Buffet had a variety of foods but food was not good in my opinion. Coffee was terrible. Cons- This is a VERY basic hotel and it’s dated. Our room was clean but there was definitely a mildew type smell and the only way to explain it, is that the room gave me the ick. No bottled water in room. No pool at the hotel, which was surprising. I guess you get what you pay for but I had higher expectations and this did not meet them.

The internet was fast! My only thing was either I couldn’t get the tv to work, or you couldn’t use the tv to watch anything at all. It says check out early, and instructions, so I watched my movies and what not on my iPad! But the view we had is amazing! I love how the sink, the shower, and the tub were all closed off individually, so multiple people can use the bathroom without waiting! It was me, my mom, and my sister and you know how hectic it is for girls when they are getting ready lol

You cannot get any closer to the parks than this hotel. The level of cleanliness and professionalism surpassed all expectations. It was my daughter's 14th birthday and we had a lovely note left in our room for her. Highly recommend booking Park view, you get views of all the rollercoasters lit up at night and also Hogwarts castle, Jurassic park and Super Mario. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Beautiful hotel, unbelievably friendly staff and excellent position to USJ entrance. Bed very comfy, but as the windows don’t open, the window was constantly covered in condensation so couldn’t see out (which was a shame as the view was spectacular)
