The hotel is a little dated, but super clean the staff was excellent and friendly. Easy access to the train station, lots of local shopping areas. 7 11 right across the street. I recommend walikg through the neighborhoods. EXCELLENT!!!

Lovely and friendly staff. Well-located in a nice neighborhood with lots of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a nightcap. Very affordable and convenient because the train station (Kintetsu line) is two blocks away. 20 minutes from Namba while enjoying the peace of a quiet neighborhood.

Convient location about a 5 min walk from the train station and about 15 min train ride to Namba. A convient store is just right across the street and the front desk has adaptors for you to charge your devices (Japan is 2 prongs vs 3 in the US).

Just a good hotel with basic things that you need for a short business trip

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The price our stay was sufficient for the services rendered and the amenities provided. Staff were all professional. Breakfast buffet should be changed daily, we stayed there for 5 days and only two (2) main course were interchanged one day after another. But stay was fun and worth the money. Aircon in the room was set to maximum of 22C only!

Some of the staff can speak English well that ease the communication. Hotel has good wifi system that you can assess to Internet in your room conveniently. Breakfast serve with Japanese style & western eg breads , sandwiches. This hotel is not located at the major train station, you may need to take local train to reach here. Appropriate transport planning is required as you need transfer train to reach some tourism places eg Dotonburi, Umeda etc . However it is very near to Nara. Overall I think it is a good choice for budgeted traveller.

The hotel near the Kawachikosaka which is not JR so who carries JR pass must buy a ticket from Tsuruhashi just 210 yen. When you exit the Kawachikosaka,you can see the hotel just front of you so walk like 3 minutes. And there are many convenient stores around the hotel also has a Supermarket behind the hotel.
