The hotel was wonderful. This was not my first time staying here while in Kuwait. This trip was very short, so I didn’t get the chance to explore all the amenities, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great renovations to the spa and men’s health club. The room was amazing, and the small lounge offered a great dinner experience. The only negative experience I had was with the airport shuttle service. It was arranged for 2 AM, and it seemed I had to share it with other hotel guests. They were not ready on time, so the driver asked me to wait. I feel Abdallah, the front desk manager, could have handled this situation better. But overall, I love the hotel. Thanks!

The hotel rooms and facility is very old. There is no sound proofing, I could hear every single sound in adjacent rooms and corridor. design of toilet and shower is terrible, every time we shower the water leeks to the toilet area and I will have to clean. Housekeeping is very bad. The only good thing about the hotel was the AC.
