The hotel is exceptionally well located in the centre of town. The rooms are spacious and the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really very good. It is not a big 5 star hotel but it is perfect for wandering around Vientiane and the price point makes it even better. Great value.

Check in was not ideal. We were checked into the wrong room and had to wait until the room I booked was prepared, however after the check in issue was resolved our stay was great. Good location great food and friendly responsive staff. Wifi could use improvement.

I always enjoyed my stay here, excellent peaceful place. Staff is super friendly and good. Breakfast when guests are lots they make sure it’s well spread, otherwise it’s not so exiting. This time my pickup at the airport did not work so promptly in spite of email confirmations. I always enjoy my stay at this hotel and I would strongly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel was fine, and the room clean, but there were two things that lowered the score for me on overall - first the WiFi was so bad they might as well not have it. The other was that there was a construction zone right outside my window, which would not be so terrible accept that work continued into the night. You have to warn people about things like that, and at least try to give them a room without such disturbance.
