A very good hotel👍. I will suggest it to my friends. Hotel facilities are excellent and staff is very friendly. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained😍. Very excellent customer service. Stayed here for 6 days 5 nights and it's been a great experience so far. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and they let me send my Shopee parcels here. Room is very clean and spacious for 2 pax. Would recommend staying!

We had wonderful times together as the hotel is situated in the middle oh Kuah town and thank you for accommodating to my humble request😍. The view of the sea after the rain is so breathtaking and beautiful. I was so surprised as this is my second time staying here after the first time in 2009! We never regret our coming back here and will definitely stay here again👍👍👍

The staffs are friendly. Room is clean and cozy. Breakfast is tummy satisfying with a lot of varieties. My 1 year 7 months old daughter loves the creamy pasta! My husband loves staying there.

Great hotel in Kuah. We booked this hotel after a bad experience at another hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was just amazing. Nice spacious room with a view of the pool. There are plenty of shops and food places near by however it is far from the beach.

Expensive hotel, carpet old needs replacement, tv inside the room so small, bathroom tiles needs updating, breakfast limited to indian food and malaysian food, if you are not use to that taste you just survived with egg and rice, overall stay was jus expensive to pay almost 200 dollars. night.

The hotel is very dated and not at all like the pictures indicate. The room and bathroom was clean but because the fittings were so old everything looked dirty. The bath tub was yellow. Whilst this isn't a problem in itself the shower curtain was so old it was all yellow and had patches of black mould and the towels were so old it was all frayed. I cannot understand how they can operate under such standards and claim they are a 4* hotel. The only good thing about the stay was the spa which was offered by a different provider. I would not recommend a stay here.

Had a great stay at Bayview Hotel Langkawi. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they kindly arranged early check-in for us upon request. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We booked a family room sea view but the room had strong damp smell which they changed for us. The new room was in better condition but bidet was leaking water in the bathroom wetting the whole floor we complained to hotel they said they will get someone to fix but didn’t. Breakfast was terrible cold left out without covering flies were siting on food. Egg counter staff were rude when I asked for a well done fried egg lady took an old left out egg and flipped fried on other side fried that side and put it in my plate without a word and left. Staff other than reception staff are generally Rude.

I had a pleasant stay at Bayview Hotel. The property is nice and well maintained, and the staff are friendly, responsive, and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though they are a bit dated. The only downside was that the walls are quite thin — it was easy to hear noise from neighbouring rooms, especially at night. Overall, it’s a good and convenient place to stay, offering great value for money.

Tub and room a touch smaller than expected but acceptable sauna wood bucket is leaking and as couple we preferred not to be placed on the same floor with large families for privacy reasons otherwise all good
