This is my 2nd stay. Guard very attentive. Make sure we park at the right parking slot and put parking coupon to avoid parking penalty. Staff good 👍 family room is big and comfortable. Overall very satisfied. My preferred hotel if outstation to kluang. Hotel at the centre of kluang. Walking distance to famous Kluang Rail Coffee restaurant.

Pleased with the friendly and helpful staff. When I couldn't check in, the receptionist explained the reason in detail and when I had something to ask, they answered patiently. The location is close to the mall and bus station. Easy access everywhere.
