Spacious. Clean. Free parking lot (the gate will close after 12 am, the guard will open when you request.) If you have own transport, it would be a great location as midpoint between Georgetown Heritage area and Batu Ferringhi. WiFi was a bit slow.

This place is good except for the noise from outside. The very early morning prayer call & noise from passing vehicle is annoying. This is especially true when staying on the low floor.

Perfect for those looking for a large, spacious room close to Starbucks, McDonald's, and the mall, just a short walk away. To get to Gurney Plaza, you'll need to take a Grab for around RM9.

app need to update the room facilities, there is no in room washing machine and kitchen. When I ask to the reception why there is no in room kitchen and washing machine which they put as in room facilities in app. They said that supposedly no laundry machine and kitchen in the room from the first place, they said app mistake input in room facilities for having that. Sound from the road sometimes clearly heard and connecting door soundproof very bad.

The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The receptionist is also good. Location near everywhere. So far, when I go to Penang, I always stay here. So I just found out that this is the same management as One Pacific opposite Lo Guan Lai Hospital. Thank you Golden View Serviced Apartments, hopefully the service and cleanliness will not be slack but will improve.

Tempat bersih, resepsionitnya ramah dan baik. Dimana kita bisa cuci baju, dikasih pinjem meja setrika dan setrikan plus tempat jemurannya juga. Lokasi strategis dekat ke Gurney drive, hospital dan Gurney Mall.

Pretty happy to stay here. The owner is quite friendly and kind. We were given laundry facilities without pay even though we had to buy our own laundry soap. But not for very tall tourists. Crumbs 10 permalam, wow.
