great location - literally feet away from the Clock Tower, cheap eateries i.e the night food market at the Bus Terminal. the hotel was kind to obliged my request for a late check-out. room was small but clean and tidy with amenities and a great view of the river and bridge. friendly staff with information about local food joints. will definitely stay here again when in Muar.

The receptionist has a lot of rules, please bring a friend in the room, don't count, we already paid a lot, but friends can't stay in the room

The hotel was great. Easy access and walkby to hentian bentayan food stall. If you lazy to walk. The famous Kambing gunting restorant is just located beside lobby. Value for money.

The room is okay but the reception is terrible. We stay for several nights but I asked for late 30 minutes check out, they did not allow any tolerance at all. My invoice all got mixed up with the receipt booked from the app and the key in address wrongfully.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center. Right left front. Road. Right side . Interval of 1 block of shop building. Bus terminal & at night there are stalls ² selling various ² food for dinner. There is also a shop selling village coffee 434. Only available in Muar. Close to the estuary & can tourists take a ferry / boat to enjoy the estuary. Hotel room muarar99 is very comfortable. What else is the window facing the view of the estuary muar "chantek ..." clean bathroom. My room stays if I'm not mistaken 627.

Large and comfortable room. The room view is also beautiful in front of the bridge. close to popular eateries such as coffee 434 and so on. front desk less friendly and less info about tourist attractions and visiting conditions during PKPP. overall nice hotel. cheap and comfortable. TQ.
