The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The family room was clean and comfortable for four people. Suitable for families and groups. The location is in front of the Petaling Street gate. Next to the hotel is a KK Mart (like Indomaret and others), Texas Chicken, and Hiro (a souvenir shop). It was a good experience even though we only stayed for a few hours because we checked out early in the morning.

The female staff is the best, very friendly (not wearing jlbb), very kind in giving speedy check-in time The location is very good, Texas, markets and places to eat are close Honestly, I was there for a week, this is one of the best lodgings, next time I'll stay here again.

Lokasi strategis, seberang hotel langsung berhadapan dengan gerbang masuk Petaling Street, samping hotel ada Texas dan 7-Eleven, seberang hotel ada laundry self service, mudah cari makan, seputaran hotel banyak tempat makan, ke Central Market tinggal berjalan kaki, dekat dengan stasiun LRT dan MRT, depan hotel tempat pemberhentian bus Go KL, resepsionis dan staff baik dan ramah, kamar cukup luas dan bersih, sangat nyaman, sangat berkesan menginap di sini, akan kembali lagi.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Finding food around the hotel is easy. There's Texas and Indian food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are easy.

The AC is very cold, and the location is strategic, right in front of Petaling Street. A slight problem is that the bathroom smells a bit, perhaps because the pipe doesn't have a cover.

Arriving at the hotel after midnight, check-in was quick. The hot and cold shower worked well. The Wi-Fi was excellent. There were plenty of local culinary options around the hotel.

The hotel is unclear, many rooms are empty but until 7:30 pm you can't check in, the staff makes lots of unclear excuses, the room is dirty, it looks like the floor hasn't been cleaned, there's a lot of dust and dirt on the carpet.
