Pi Grand Hotel

It says there is a Restaurant & bar there on Wotifs page. There is not. Kuala lumpur is a warm place & it would be good if there was a fridge in your room & maybe some tea & coffee to go with the cups & kettle. Otherwise you get what you pay for & it was ok.

Quiet and peaceful place.

Dirty lobby and terrace areas, towels were dingy and worn out, hotel sign and building need fresh paint, located in a dusty industrial area, nothing of interest in the area, noise throughout the night from people talking in the next room, doors banging, and vehicles going by. We checked out earlier than planned. Even the GRAB driver laughed and asked us who suggested this hotel to us. Liked that the bed is clean and there’s a new store in the next building.

I stayed at some of the best places in the world but this was such a new experience. The hotel area seems like 1990's texas and it was so freaking good. Would stay here again and again.

Very clean, great staff and airport shuttle service, would definitely stay again!

Loud Rooms - I only had a four hour stay late at night and got almost no sleep. I could hear water running, coughing, and noises all night from other rooms.

Excellent value, although the area isn't terribly great.

A bit isolated but good for an overnight in a clean hotel.

The shuttle driver was friendly and on time ( for a 4am transfer to the airport). I requested a non smoking room and although the room was marked No smoking, the cigarette smell was still very strong in the room when I walked in @ around 4pm

Hotel yg cantik tapi sempit sikit bagi bilik keluarga..tiada ruang untuk solat bagi muslim..

The friendly staff picked us up from the airport and dropped us off the next day for RM26 per person. The hotel room isn't big, but big enough to spend a relaxed and peaceful overnight stay near the airport(ten minute drive), because the hotel is a in a calm area with no traffic passing and also no other disturbance

Room was well designed and in excellent condition. Service was great, including prompt airport transfer in the morning (at a small extra cost). There are not many services in the immediate neighborhood, mostly just a cluster of small hotels, but there is a commercial area about a mile away.

Unfortunately, I was only able to stay a couple of hours but airport transfer is included, which is great.

This stay was better than last time. The shuttle service is often slow but less expensive. The rooms are clean but very small. It is very convenient because it is close to the airport.

We booked this hotel because of their airport shuttle service. What a disappointment. We contacted the hotel in adavance with our flight details. They gave us instructions where to meet the driver and a phone number in case anything went wrong. It did! The driver wasn’t there we when arrived. We waited about 15 minutes before calling the hotel. They said the driver was on the way and would be there in 10 minutes. He wasn’t. We called the hotel several times over the span of an hour. They kept promising 10 minutes, 10 minutes es. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport, yet we waited a total of an hour and half for the driver! Consequently we missed a couple of the things we wanted to do in KL because of the delay. TERRIBLE!

Small room with no window, clean, good for one night stay near airport.
