You can't follow roadside signboard reach to this hotel. Better take grab car or follow maps and direct the taxi reach here. The reception counter only tells you " many people also cannot find the way here. "

I was given a room at G06, the receptionist named Harun was very rude, speaking as if he was forced to do his job, from the moment I walked in right to the point of me checking out I never was greeted properly, that same soft guy later gave me a room which was not even cleaned yet, every thing was a mess, there were left over food in the room, the bed sheets were not cleaned, every thing was just a mess, I had never had this kind of experience ever in my life, it was the first time I walked in into a room that room service had not cleaned up.. I have had stay here before and I enjoyed it hence I thought of coming back, but little did I know that I will be welcomed with a impolite receptionist and a dirty room

The room is okay but the environment is not suitable for Muslim cause Carlsbeg is everywhere. The breakfast is very very very bad, had to buy breakfast outside. Not confident to eat there because seems non halal and the food is bad. No variety at all.
