El personal es super amable, solo tuvimos detalles con el aire acondicionado pero nos ayudaron con cambio de habitacion y listo, otro detalle es que la cocina no tenian todo lo que venia en la carta pero el espagueti y la lasagna que pedimos estaba buenisimaaaa. Gracias a Hugo por sus atenciones

The place is surrounded by Mother Nature. You are about 20 minutes away from Mazamitla, but the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere makes this place unique. If you want to relax and spend quality time with family and friends this is a great place to stay. Facilities are nicely kept and staff Hugo is great. He is attentive to all your needs and is always very polite. I definitely would love to come back.

The room is too cold and wasn’t enough warm bedding the wall is thin no isolation what so ever the noise from the neighbors room is loud and clear there was no hot water at the late night (around 11pm) so we didn’t shower anyway I had a really bad sleep cuz it wasn’t warm enough in my bed

Tuvimos en un inconveniente con la reservación por parte mía, sin embargo el anfitrión me ayudó y no hubo cobro extra, fueron muy empaticos a pesar de que no fue error de ellos . Me respetaron mi reserva, la atención del encargado Hugo fue muy buena, es muy servicial, los precios del restaurante accesibles y de buenas porciones . Instalaciones cómodas y muy bonitas para tus histories , lo recomiendo ampliamente
