Clean room, air conditioning

Excelente lugar

It was in poor clean condition, smells old, and there was no privacy in either two bedroom.

Las amenidades como la terraza , estacionamiento y el gym apsedes por la tarjeta q te dan cuando entras al apartamento.. pues no te da acceso a esta amenidades .. mande correo al anfitrión para q la active pero nunca contesta.. El edificio no está insonorizado pues entra mucho ruido de afuera …

La ubicación de la propiedad es excelente. Cerca de muchos restaurantes y sitios de entretenimiento. El edificio es nuevo y en excelentes condiciones. Ofrecen parking gratuito lo cual es excelente pues en el área es difícil estacionar. 100% recomendable

Really enjoyed the place.

Property was in a great, central location, easy access to late night eats. The apartment was really nice, modern, and clean. The beds are not super comfortable, as the sheets are too thin/papery and the pillows are too high/hard. Other than that, we had an easy experience with accessing the door and checking in and out.

Do not make a reservation with this property. The customer service is terrible; the property manager never answers calls. I had to spend the night on the street waiting for them to return my call.

After they charge you, you still have to go and register yourself at another website and charge you more $$$. In addition, that website didn’t work properly and I got charged for the room anyway. It was late at night so I had to book a different hotel. And I got screwed by this place. Do Not book a reservation here.

Nice property and very good security. The condo was modern and spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautiful roof top deck. Walking distance to restaurants and vendors.

Property is not sound proof. Too much traffic noise throughout all night and day

Check in was ridiculous. I understand all of the security and the desire to create a seamless virtual experience, but it made for a huge Hassel and headache bit having a human to assist when i arrived with my family and had not received check in instructions.

As I entered there was loud noise instantly, for a moment I thought the windows were open although they were not. The windows had no insulation what so ever making it very noisy and uncomfortable to even sit down and rest. There was a night club right next to the apartment making the situation even worse. I wouldn't not recommend it to anyone who wants to rest and have a peace full stay. I notified Hotels.com about it which they did nothing about it! The Agency who runs the the apartment does not care and has a no refund policy which Hotels.com fallows regardless of the complaints made.

The police interview was too long, and the elevator to the parking lot is not working

Despite booking for 6 people, only bedsheets and duvets were provided for 4 people and even for those, duvet covers were missing and not enough clean towels. Towels and bedsheets were so old, with stains and not properly washed. Walls are prefabricated and despite having the doors closed (there are not windows) there was wind coming in and the noise from the street was unbearable, specially at night. We were on the sixth floor and it felt like the loud music and screaming on the street was happening in the room next door. There is not lobby or anyone to contact, therefore on the first night some people slept without duvet or bedsheets. It is an expensive stay for what they offered. Also, not suitable for families with small kids, the balcony has not enough protection. Security guards were friendly and one of the cleaning ladies the day after our arrival left the missing bedsheets and she was helpful, just to name a few positive things. It is more like 2 star or less stay.

El departamento muy lindo, limpio y con una vista hermosa de la cuidad. Me gustó mucho que para acceder al edificio solo necesites mostrar tu rostro a una cámara y listo.
