BE AWARE, this is a SCAM!!!! As the previous reviewer said, this is not a resort and these are privately owned apartments. Our experience was HORRIBLE because the guy never showed up. We arrived at the check-in time to find out that there is no reception, we then called the phone number listed on our Expedia confirmation. The "owner" started describing a different unit saying we are getting a one bedroom apartment while we paid for a two bedroom apartment. It was obvious that he has these properties on many websites and was mixing up the reservations. He then informed us that someone will bring us the key. We waited in our car in the hot weather with our one year old baby after driving many miles for so long and no one came. We called him back and he was not answering, we kept calling him again and again and then he turned off his phone. This is something that we never ever imagined would happen with a booking made on Expedia. The guard at the enterance of the property informed us that the same scenario happened the day before and a family was waiting with no one showing up, it was obvious at that time that is was a scam. He offered to call from his phone to see if he would be lucky and the phone was still turned off. We had to leave and find a hotel where to stay as ou baby couldn't be outside in the hot weather for that long. When we reported the scam to Expedia, they contacted him and he claimed that WE didn't show up, isn't that unbelievable! Expedia should remove this ad

This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT! These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. We slept on a couch because the beds were very dirty and the pillows had puke on them. The apartment had a gas leak and we asked the rep to unplug the gas tanks and we left the windows open. Properties like these should not be on Expedia.

Je tiens a preciser que c est un complexe mais pas du tout hotelier. C est un particulier. Le plus choquant est que l appartement dont les photos tres chics n ont rien a voir avec l appartement qu on a occupé qui etait tres tres tres tres basique. En commencant par le balcon dont les chaises etaient en mauvais etat. Un hamac balançoire casse et rouillé. Les chambres dont les draps n ont pas ete changés et sentaient tous tres mauvais. Nous avons tous passes une nuit sans rien car nous etions obliges de tout lavé. Sans parler des dysfonctionnements de beaucoup de points. Nous avons payé 2600 euros sur ce style d appartement qui n en valait pas plus de 400 euros/semaine. La piscine en elle meme est bien mais fournir 8 transat pour 100 appartements, ca fait un peu juste. Nous n y retournerons plus car là c est abusé. A ce prix là, on aurait pu se prendre un logement dans un vraix complexe hotelier. Là c est juste un proprietaire qui loue son appart.
