thanks to Expedia Customer service team for helping me with relocation to this Hotel .the hotel is based in the heart of the city very good for short stay , all the staff are helpful Especially Muhsen smiling etc.. if you speak English try to speak simple English , for people who doesn't like noise it is a bit noisy as it's in the town centre of Safi , overall I am satisfied.. clean and tidy .

Location is great for the area so everything you need is within walking distance, but at night, trains are constantly passing by, alot of people are out late and the rooms arent sound proof. Also the first night me and my wife stayed here we kept sneezing and eventually got us both sick on our trip

Very basic place with limited things. The only thing I liked about the place was the location. Other than that it had nothing special about. The internet didn’t work. Breakfast was very very basic, small room with old stuff, I don’t think I will come back to it.

Hotel was in a great location. The service was brilliant, all the staff were incredibly friendly, even though the restaurant staff didn’t speak English they still did their best. The hotel was clean enough but seemed very dated and basic. The lock on our door was a bit dodgy, the wardrobe doors didn’t close properly and the bathroom layout was quite ridiculous, having to side step down the side of the shower cubicle to get to the toilet behind it. But as a place to lay your head if you’re out adventuring, it’s perfect for a budget traveller.

The room was comfortable and clean. Really appreciated the fluffy pillows, towels and ample soap and toilet paper. Amazing view from the room and restaurant. It was a pain taking suit cases up a long flight of stairs to get in to the hotel but once in the hotel they had elevators. The breakfast was good, but ordered pizza from the restaurant and it was expensive by Moroccan standards and digusting. We had to throw it out. Good location as by the water and medina. Great spot of buy Moroccan dishes.
