Bastante complicada la llegada hasta el lugar el personal no habla otro idioma y es bien dificil de comunicarse ñor ejemplo ingles q es una lengua bastante usada en otros paises las habitaciones no se sienten limpias bastante humedad y los gatos q de verdas son un grave problema se siente olor a pipi de gato por todos lados y cuando te sirven la comida aparecen los gatos y no les dicen nada hay pelo de gato por todos lados , pero bueno al final lo q pagas es lo q obtienes, en fin las fotos son reales pero se ven diferentes ya estando alli

Overall, the property is beautiful. The architecture and decor is lovely and I presume authentic to Morocco. The food was fine (really enjoyed the tagine). There needs to be some repair and maintenance done but for what we paid, I have no complaints. The owner was accommodating when we asked to switch rooms. He moved us to a bigger, better room. As it was my birthday, Karim (the concierge) arranged with his boss to decorate the room and supplied a cake too. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are the best aspect of our stay here! Attentive, friendly, accommodating and deserve 5* and more. If you are travelling here, it would be advisable to use your own transport or budget for taxis in and out of the area. It is quite isolated.

Le personnel au top les chambres beaucoup de choses à revoir

The only thing what was excellent, the pool. Really 2 pools, what you can use anytime. Otherwise the guys who work there are very kind, but they don’t know anything about european hospitality or hotel management. We got towels just on the second day, we always had to wait for the food, on the first night , for more than 2 hours. The breakfast is from 9. If we sat down to the table at 9, we got it 9:45-10am. Sometimes there is no electricity and no water, and no air conditioning. No daily cleaning. They ordered us the airport taxi for 4 pm, at 4:40 a little car arrived arrived, but we were 9. Hardly they get another car at 5pm. It was very annoying. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so don’t try it if you don’t have a car. You could not go to a shop or anywhere. There are no nets on the windows, great bugs are inside including cockroaches. In Europe this hotel would not be allowed to work, it is Africa. If you are up for it, it could be perfect. The garden and the pools are beautiful, we loved that.
