Very well kept property, staff were really helpful and super easy checking in/out process, only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the pillows were quite small and the shower floor was quite shallow that every time it was used it kept overflowing and flooding meaning we had to keep mopping the floor after every use, the digital displays within the rooms for house keeping were really useful and handy for both us and the keepers to ensure privacy when needed and allow the keepers to to do their job efficiently

Room was as described. Clean and spacious. No road noise at all. Wifi was patchy. Weak signal and kept dropping out. Easy access to bus to get to town and only a short ride.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and let me tell you, do not book it. Location is horrible, I did not feel safe to walk from the bus station to my hotel after 9 pm. With that money you can get something closer to the city.

Room was clean and serviced everyday. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Travelled with my kids and felt safe. Restaurants and shops nearby. It is quite far from the centre but transport links are about 5 mins walk.

The hotel was just outside the main area but with easy tram links to the centre. Would recommend getting the travel pass app for simplicity. Great local amenities, friendly staff and very clean. Not too much passing noise and the beds were very comfortable so we all slept well. Would happily stay again.

The hotel is under construction. It was loud all day long. They start doing construction at 8am. Until 6-7pm. It was really uncomfortable. There is 3 elevators in the building and two of them were out of service in last two days of my staying. I had to wait 15 minutes to take an elevator to go downstairs.

I think I got a lemon of a room. There were handful of small issues that should have been dealt with before I arrived. Both the sink and the tub were cracked and there was hair around the room in the bathroom and in the bed. The tub was very worn and needed a replacement. The drain was slow and didn't work well to stop the water or let it drain. There was a soap film on the tub and half finished plumbing with toilet paper shoved in the pipe under the sink. The conditioner dispenser didnt work and I had to play with it to get it functioning.
