The property and room very clean. Constantine was excellent in every way, from helping us to park the car, to making sure that our bathroom had handicap helps. He also answered questions about directions and recommendations. Breakfast was wonderful as was all the service.

Room was comfortable and clean, everything worked, cozy but nice. I would go back.

The room was functional and the beds comfortable. The only thing was, there was an awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom, no matter how much we ran the taps and shower. It seemed to come from the shower drainage.

A 15 minute walk from the railway station, near to bars and restaurants. Clean, comfortable room, although a bit on the small size for a twin room.

Room had everything we needed. There were some strange sounds coming from the air vents in the middle of the night that briefly kept us up. Otherwise a good stay.

Room is tiny, someone knocked on our door at 4am

I’m genuinely shocked this room was considered suitable for guests. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned. Dust was everywhere, including on the plug sockets, which raised immediate concerns about hygiene. The curtains were particularly disturbing, with visible white stains and what appeared to be blood. There were also marks on the mirrors and floor, making the room feel dirty and neglected. The duvet was in an unacceptable condition, with visible stains and even a hole in it. I can honestly say that this hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Because of the state of the room, we felt completely uncomfortable staying there and had no choice but to book another hotel at additional expense. This situation significantly disrupted and ruined our holiday. Given the condition of the room and the inconvenience caused, I expect a full refund for our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I am extremely disappointed with the standards and the lack of care shown to guests. I also felt it was unprofessional and useless how there was no reception for me to contact about a new room so again we have now lost money on this room and now lost more money how we had to pay for another hotel. Due to this i deserve my money back.

Well positioned for national theatre rail stop. Loads of restaurants a short walk away. Reasonable priced, simple clean accommodation.

Near Christmas Market. The hotel could provide free water bottles (2) each day.
