You have to travel by boat to the lodge which is fun itself. The bungalow was exceptionally clean and the whole lodge area well kept. They are offering several activities in the lodge. We did really liked the lake tour which felt like going back to the Tertiary. The staff in hotel is very helpful with everything. Just be prepared for lots of mosquitoes in the whole porto Maldonado… I have came with my mosquito repellent but I have seen such things are available to buy in the lodge in case

A small seven unit property and we were the only ones there on the first night. I don’t know if it was the end of the season, but we had a limited hours of electricity, Wi-Fi, and schedule of meals. Dinner was at 8 PM and we were pretty hungry by then. It was hot in the late morning, and there was no electricity to turn on the fan. The buildings are outdated, and some need of repairs . The staff was friendly. By B
