Chali is by far the best hotel in Cagayan de Oro. It has a true resort feel, like the Caribbean. Rooms are spacious, staff is amazing, drinks were great, and the views are amazing. Coming back from New York soon for sure.

My second visit here. Its always good to go back to a place and see how things have improved, and boy have they. The new Tres Marias restaurant is outstanding, the staff are a credit to the resort.

Everything about this resort is awesome from the checkin to sitting by the ocean having breakfast or dinner..Staff here super friendly and helpful.Will definitely come back next year and stay here at Charli's..

Very worst place to stay. We had to leave because we have 2 young girls that would not go in the bathroom because of the lizard and roach. Hotel would not allow us to cancel or give a refund. Not a good place.

We stayed for 2 nights at Chali. First of all there is no swimmable beach. The view is industrial as the property is off a very busy highway. Nevertheless once you are in the property, there is a semblance of being in a resort. There is a pool but we didn’t use it although the people who were using it seemed to enjoy it. We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms and it was clean and basic. We did use the laundry service which was prompt and met our needs. The stay included breakfast on which you picked from a menu and in addition, they also offered a continental style buffet. Filipino service was exceptional. I would stay here again.

They said buffet breakfast but they don't have it instead they serve plated menu and they wont allow you to change what's in the menu if tou request. ( like I don't drink coffee so i wanted it change to changed to bottled water) .
