As we continue to provide a better service during this crisis, Greenhills Elan Hotel Modern is already taking the measures to implement our New Normal Guidelines. Your safety and well-being is our top priority for you and our community.

To help minimize the spread of the disease, we have implemented a series of precautionary measures to be observed

CHECK IN

- Thermal scanning at our Hotel Entrance
- Sanitizing mats for disinfection upon entry
- Check-in will be located at Lower Ground Floor
- Guest(s) must present their Health Declaration Form upon check-in
- We will be placing rubbing alcohol, alcohol based gel sanitizers, face mask and tissue in our reception area
- Physical distancing, hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette must be observed at all times
- We will provide a reminder card for safety reference

PUBLIC AREAS

- Hotel facilities such as Swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Gym are temporarily not accessible until further notice based on the given guidelines
- Rubbing Alcohol & Hand Sanitizers are located at the hotel’s key location and in the areas frequently used by guests and staffs
- A one (1) meter mark is placed to ensure physical distancing on queuing at the reception
- Maximum of 4 guests at a time will be allowed in guest elevator

ROOMS

- Rooms are disinfected after every check-out
- Scheduled days for changing of linen and daily cleaning service is provided
- Rooms are equipped with hand sanitizers as well

OUR TEAM

- Our team members are required to wear face masks, disposable gloves (as needed) and they were trained to practice strict personal hygiene and safety precautions at work
- To avoid any contact and to keep them safe, our team will have a limited period of time to be in service.
