The check in was quick. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I like the location as it is close to everything. What is frustrating is when we got into the room was there were no towel at all and bathroom floor mat. The note on the room says u have to call the customer service if u need towel and the like. First time we experience this. Towels should be provided automatically before the guests checks in

The hotel is great value for the money. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to airport for commuting. Pool is adequate and very clean, with some building shade. Good lounge chairs on pool deck. Grab a cabb available in lobby. I stay there every time I pass through Manila

I had just finished travelling 32 hours and was given a room facing a busy street. I had 0 sleep as the windows were not soundproofed. I had a way better stay at Hotel 101 Fort, this one at MOA was not as nice.

The hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating it starts from guard, reception , baggage assistant and domestic. Overall, I had a comfortable experience and i will be coming again next time. Thank you all. Just the food for breakfast if they can have more Filipino breakfast food like tosino, longganisa, tapa. And keep the arozcaldo as permanent because it's yummy.

The hallway had an unpleasant smell, and the floor was damaged. I noticed several broken tiles that were only covered with tape, which felt unsafe, especially for kids who could easily trip over them. The room also had a moldy smell upon arrival. In addition, there were no towels provided when I checked in, and I was informed that they would only be available by 7 PM And wifi is terrible i can barely search using the wifi.
