Second time in staying here. Spent 3D/2N to be exact. My son and I were utterly disappointed to experience the lack of service in the restaurant during breakfast buffets. Once we got seated, nobody approached nor asked us if we’d like coffee or tea. Most of the servers were just chatting amongst themselves, and nobody scanned the room for anyone who could be needing their help. This was a stark contrast to the buffet service we experienced in other hotels (we stayed in The Fairmont and Sheraton the weeks before). I would give the Radisson Blu servers zero star. The manager of this department should do some corrective measures. The rest of the hotel staff was pleasant and helpful, such as the ones in the lobby and elevator areas. The seating area at the lobby had poorly maintained sofas and chairs. The arm rests and some seats were dirty. The coffee table had chips on its sides and corners. The redeeming part of this hotel was that the cats outside were fed by the staff. Will not be staying there again.

Outstanding stay. Great food options at the club house. Very clean hotel and room. Spacious. Excellent staff. Very pleasant staff. Excellent location with very easy access to very big SM mall right next door. Will definitely stay here again!

It's a very nice place and it's right in front of SM Mall so it's very convenient. It worked well for us.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Cebu, conveniently located across from SM City Cebu. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay. Although the swimming pool was unavailable due to ongoing renovations, the hotel informed guests in advance, which I appreciated. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes with plenty of choices. However, I was disappointed with the Cebu chorizo, as it lacked the flavor I was expecting. One area that needs improvement is the bathroom. The water in the toilet bowl had a brownish tint, which was concerning and affected the overall impression of cleanliness. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and quality service. I hope the pool renovations are completed soon and that the bathroom issue is addressed.

Clean room and spacious room, and the staff’s are very friendly, always greet you with a smile.

Not happy with my bathroom.

The hotel is very nice but for the 3rd time in our last 4 stays here the pool is out of service. Also, when we booked the room for my wife and son, the breakfast was apparently only added for my wife and I and we had to spend an additional $12 per day for my 7 yo son to eat breakfast. Next time we will not get the breakfast as it is not as good as in the past. Overall, we would book again but make sure the pool is in service.

We had a great time and the room was everything we needed. We were given great treatment and would definitely stay again.

Over all experience is very good. However: Towels are a bit old. Extra pillows have a certain smell like damp towel. Thank you! Good customer service!

I was excited to spend 2 nights at radisson until I was told that the pool were out of service. Everything is good though. I'll stay there again!

It was good but a little expensive

We needed a place to stay close to the pier to catch a morning ferry. The room very spacious and clean. Concierge staff was very helpful. The SM City Mall is a few steps away making the location very convenient for dining and shopping options.

It's a nice and huge lobby. Well maintain property. The place is just right by the SM City Mall which a plus for the guest to any time dine out the mall and shop around!
